At 7.6 mm thick and weighing just 180g, the Kindle Voyage is Amazon’s thinnest and lightest e-reader yet.
It features a new Paperwhite 300ppi display, with the highest resolution, highest contrast, and highest brightness of any Kindle. The cover glass is also ‘micro-etched’ to match the feel of paper and reduce glare.
The Kindle Voyage introduces a new way to turn pages called PagePress. It also features an adaptive front light that automatically adjusts the brightness of the display based on the surrounding light.
The Kindle Voyage is the currently the most stylish and capable e-reader on the market but at £169 it is far from the cheapest device in this category – the standard Kindle, for example, costs £59.
However, if you’re a real bookworm looking for the pinnacle in e-reading, you’ll want to make sure this is at the top of your Christmas list.
